Staff exchanges

Topic description

Scope:

Staff exchanges between national and regional administrations (including (potential) candidates and neighbouring countries) to contribute to the further development, improvement and update of staff's skills and competences in the protection of the Union’s financial interests.

Improved investigation abilities of law enforcement officials and auditors involved in the protection of the Union’s financial interests through the acquisition of new skills, knowledge of specialised methodologies and techniques as well as an increased awareness of fraud risk indicators and the Union’s anti-fraud policy priorities.

This will be measured, amongst others, by

1. the number of participants at the events,
2. the origin and background of participants and target audiences,
3. the number of anti-fraud publications distributed to target audiences
4. the level of participants’ overall satisfaction with the events.
