Evaluate mechanical and fatigue capabilities for diode die in harsh environment

Topic description

Scope:

Electrical components need to withstand very harsh environment conditions, along with mechanical constraints. Thus analysis need to be conducted to fully characterized mechanical and temperature constraints applied on component die in high cycled stress and to elaborate a mechanical model according to the product duty cycle.  Please refer for the full and formal topic description to Annex III of the Clean Sky 2 Work Plan 2014-2015 Amendment nr. 1  Version 3 (see under the tab "Topic Conditions and Documents")
