Topic description

Specific Challenge:

The design of valve, especially in engine environment (high temperature, high pressure, vibrations), requires high fidelity physical models to ensure performances and reduce risks of integration. The project proposal covers advances on multi-physics modelling of valve taking into account high temperature environment: effects on spring stiffness, on mechanical frictions for example.
